The Gosh is that it's day 13 since the stem cells went back in. Time has flewn past and I can't believe it'll be 2 weeks tomorrow. I've been in 18 days now. If this was a package holiday, I'd be gutted the noo.
Hoever, it's not a holiday and I'm delighted to see time nip past so quickly. Sooner I'm out the better.

I'm feeling pretty good this morning. Wee bit groggy/drowsey as I went to bed on a sleeping pill. Had usual breakfast. From today, I'm not going to pick from the hospital menu and use brought in quality ready meals instead. The food is just too awful for words and I can't even look at the purple plastic plate covers without gagging, so tins of hearty baxters soups, bacon rolls fresh from he kitchen and some microwaveable tasty food is teh order of theday.
My hamster-cheek is still theree - definately an inflamed or infected parotid gland. It's not sore and not getting any worse, ut it is a bit of a worry. It may abscese, which would be nasty. Seems less swolllen to me this morning though.
Well, must go and wash, dress, excercise - else I'll drift off for another kip.

Just received urgent call from Ladbrokes. Some punter walked in off the street and put $10,000 on neutrophils at 0.3 before the 1st of May. It was bedlam in there and the odds shortened in a jiffy as super funds were raided to try and get the readies for a long punt on your swollen jaw being the missing part of your shrivelled scrotum!

The guys gonna be close. neutrophils at 6am this morning - 0.1 - woohoo. Total whites 0.2 and platelets a whopping 25 - that's almost a normal platelet count for me. I found my missing scrotum - it was served with last nights tea. Bastards.
